We have recently launched the new Streak platform which offers unlimited access for all Zerodha users.

The unlimited platform can be accessed at https://www.streak.tech/.

The existing platform can be accessed via https://pro.streak.tech. It remains a paid platform and supports multiple brokers including Zerodha, AngelOne, 5Paisa, Upstox, and ICICI Direct.

It is important to note that these are two separate platforms. Hence the strategies/scanners created in the Pro platform (https://pro.streak.tech) cannot be accessed from the Unlimited platform(https://www.streak.tech/).

If you are logging in Streak(https://www.streak.tech/) and are not able to see the strategies/ scanners that you had created in the previous Streak platform, then you need to check the Pro platform by logging in to https://pro.streak.tech.

Can I transfer the strategies/ scanners from the Pro platform (https://pro.streak.tech) to the new Streak platform (https://www.streak.tech/)?

No, you cannot transfer any strategies/scanners from one platform to another. However, you can copy and re-create the same condition in the new platform.

Seeing the old website or having trouble accessing the Unlimted Access, follow the below steps:

  1. Visit https://www.streak.tech and do hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect Elements”, shown in the image below.

3. Click on the “Applications” tab and select “Service workers”, as shown in the image below.

4. Click on “Unregister” on any service workers visible for the www.streak.tech domain.

5. Now you can just refresh, and you will see the latest website.

Note: This happens for old Chrome browsers which are still supported the deprecated methods not valid today.
